Looking for Alternative Music

(we have sent this message to several blogs and friends websites so we apologize for any crosspostings, don’t we all hate that?)

Hello fans of great music!

We here at the School of Rock HQ are scouring the Internet for great undiscovered music that is off the radar of the super-large-enormous-music machine.  If you are an artist or in a band that is looking for some airplay, please send your FCC Clean mp3 track to drjwudr@gmail.com and we promise at least one airplay. 

And which genre, style, type of music you play does not matter.  We give all styles of music a chance on our “School of Rock w/ Dr. J show.”  And yes, he really is a Dr who teaches about the history and development of popular music and popular culture.  He’s got the letters after his name and time spent working in radio to prove it.

We are especially interested in Ohio and Cincinnati-Dayton-Columbus, Ohio area independent musicians and artists.  But if you are not from that area do not hesitate to send us some stuff or information.  So let us know what you are doing and we promise to give your music a serious spin. 

Hey, its a lot better than the deal you get from the record labels. We will not steal your soul and hopefully turn some people on to your music.
